My New Favorite Poem

Our little Jackson is becoming more active and into everything, I can start to see what's ahead of us. Its the best and I wouldn't trade it for anything!

Its party time!

Ok, so I'm a little behind on getting this big event posted....But better late then never!

Our little Jack turned one on May 30, 2008! I can't believe a year has gone by since we first heard that little cry and a new life began! Words can't describe how Steve and I feel about Jackson! He is such a joy in our lives and we love him so much! He makes us laugh everyday with something new he's learned! To celebrate his birthday, we had a lot of fun all day! It started with a trip to the zoo, and on the way home, his first McDonalds Happy Meal! He loved it! Then he had a birthday party with lots of gifts, "boons" (as Jackson would say balloons), an Elmo cake, and lots of attention given to Jackson! We had all of his grandparents, aunts, and uncles over to celebrate Jack's one year mark! Here are just a few pictures of that wonderful day!

Happy Father's Day!

I would like to wish all fathers a Happy Fathers Day! This quote says it all! I have witnessed it with my own Dad, and now with my sweetheart! Jackson is a lucky little boy to have such a wonderful Daddy! Happy Father's Day Steve!

We got to go spend some time with my Dad and Steve's Dad this last weekend! It was alot of fun! We got to ride horses, eat dutch oven, relax around the firepit, enjoy some yummy smores, and take naps on the cool grass! Jackson got to ride in a swing for the first time, and absolutely loved it! What a great day - to honor our Fathers! We love you!
